Since regular old Lightning is a 'Wanting-to-Rule-the-World-As-a-Monarch' I supposed an oxymoron version of her would be only a shadow who passes through others' kingdoms and does as she pleases on whims instead of motivations.
Her favorite kingdom to pass through is of course hers:
